The participation of society in the processes of public decision-making, including policy decisions, is currently in a process of evolution which is rather antagonistic because of the concurrence, at a given moment, of low participation rates and new participatory channels aimed at obtaining the empirical data and information which is essential in order to achieve a better quality of policy regulation and a wider transparency of state intervention. This paper focuses on these new participatory channels and the use of new technologies to interpret their results, modelled on comparative experiences
