Description of impact

Although in all federal states the executive and legislative power are decentralized, the Judiciary, however, is only decentralized in a part of them. In addition, in States where it is decentralized, it is under very different systems. As Spain is a State with a centralized judiciary, and having this an evident relationship with the protection of citizens' rights, it is interesting to study how other federal states structure the Judiciary in its relationship with form of government.
