abstract = "The new Catalonia TGV line will link up the more important towns in Catalonia through a high speed regional service. Towns will then be less than one hour away from Barcelona. Here starting from an analysis of present tendencies, we are questioning the capacity of this region to restructure in a more polycentric way, the existing resources in the different towns and the reaction of local actors in front of the renewal of the territory's situation. The result is an evaluative prospect of a scenario distinguishing the towns according to the potential of their development.",
